Happy Hour at the Barre
A low-impact, full-body workout combining ballet-inspired moves with Pilates, yoga, and strength training. Using a ballet barre and light props, this class focuses on small, repetitive movements to sculpt muscles, improve posture, and increase flexibility. Gentle on joints and suitable for all fitness levels—no dance experience necessary.
Led by seasoned dancer and performer Rose DiMauro.
