Please note that this 6pm wednesday time slot rotates every other week between two distinct styles:
- Yoga Pilates Fusion: A fast-paced, athletically challenging, and choreographed workout that seamlessly blends yoga and Pilates.
- Mat Pilates: A traditional series of classic Pilates exercises focused on mat floorwork.

Registration Etiquette
If you register and cannot make it please be considerate of your fellow students and take a moment to cancel online. There is a waiting list that will automatically notify students when spots open up, and are filled in the order of registration.

NOTE: E-mail reservations must receive confirmation before registration is complete.
Where you CAN Park ...
You are welcome to park in Evolve's driveway.
When the driveway is full please park at the lot at the corner of Whitney and Ives Street (2969 Whitney Avenue, Hamden CT 06518). Please note that the entrance to this parking lot is on Ives Street, on the same side of the street as Evolve and directly across the street from the Mount Carmel Liquor store.
